I have a great passion for photography. I've loved it since I was a kid. I love to capture true feelings and expressions in a natural setting. I love working with kids because I have a son of my own so I am patient and work on their time. A lot of my work is done outdoors because I feel that's the best place to take pictures. I do have a studio set up for indoor portraits. I took photography courses in college and have loved it ever since. I have my Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Speech Communication. After taking courses in photography I realized that is my true passion. I am not happy unless there is a camera in my hand and I see myself thinking "that would be a great picture" when I am doing everyday things. When it comes to younger kids when I say I work on their time I love do pictures where they feel most comfortable for instance at a park. That is where kids will be happiest and I just follow them around and take portraits in an everyday setting. If we can get them to pose that's great if not I work around them. For older kids and adults I like to talk about their likes and interested and base that around where we will take their pictures. I love the idea of taking a wonderful moment in time and freezing it for an eternity. That is the way that I feel about pictures. I enjoy being around people and am a pretty easy going person.
